DO YOU HIRE WEDDING DRESSES?

No sorry, all our gowns are available to buy only, we do not hire them.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE BEFORE MY WEDDING DO I NEED TO FIND MY DRESS?

It is a good time to start looking twelve months before your wedding date.  You are more likely to be looking at styles for the current or next years season.  If we order a gown for you, the lead time is 20 weeks minimum.  Plus fitting and alteration time which we allow 6 weeks for.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT??

The appointment is the ‘fun’ part of purchasing your wedding gown.  You are welcome to bring pictures of styles you have perused on the internet and bridal magazines.  If you have had a fake tan please make sure you have showered after it as then our samples stay in pristine condition for you to try.

WHAT UNDERWEAR IS APPROPRIATE?

It’s better to wear a strapless bra for your appointment as it will be suitable for all styles.

WHAT IF MY WEDDING GOWN NEEDS ALTERATIONS?

You will be offered 2 dress fittings.  With over thirty years of experience in the bridal industry, we ensure that when your dress is collected it fits beautifully and is pressed ready to be worn for your big day.  Our alterations service is very reasonable.  We only charge you per hour and only for the alterations that are needed, no package prices.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE OR GAIN WEIGHT?

We understand that all brides want to look their best on their wedding day and appreciate the incentive to lose a few pounds.  Many Brides are put off looking for their dream dress until they reach their target weight.  This is not necessary.  You will be advised when you choose a gown about a realistic size to be ordered.  Once the gown has been fitted for the first time approx. 5 weeks before you will need to stay at that weight.

DO YOU HAVE A LARGE SELECTION OF SIZES TO TRY ON?

Yes!  We stock sizes UK 8 to 26 in a wide variety of styles to suit every body shape.  However, we can order gowns from size UK 6 to 32.

WILL YOU STORE MY DRESS FOR ME?

Yes!  We are happy to store your dress for you in our secure factory. Most brides prefer to leave their dress with us for safekeeping and insurance purposes until the week before their wedding.  Your gown will be presented to you in a bespoke gown cover.  We advise that it is hung straight away out of the cover to minimise the creases.

HELP I AM GETTING MARRIED ABROAD!

You can choose from our range of beautiful travel boxes that are specially designed to fit in the overhead lockers and meet all airline requirements.  We can pack your dress for you. The boxes are all acid-free which means your dress can be cleaned after use and preserved when boxed after your wedding.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO BOOK A DRESS?

We ask that you pay a 50% deposit at the time of ordering.  The subsequent balance is payable when your dress arrives.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

When you order a dress you have 7 days to change your mind and receive a full refund.

DO YOU SELL BRIDESMAID DRESSES?

No, but we have Prom dresses.

WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF THE BRIDAL DRESSES?

Our collection starts at £500, our highest priced dress is £2500.
